About Our Club
Surrey Heath Ladies’ Probus Club is open to retired or partially retired women. Members are usually resident in the Surrey Heath district, or partners of a member of a men’s Probus Club, but this may be waived at the discretion of the Committee. Surrey Heath includes Camberley, Frimley, Deepcut, Mytchett, Frimley Green, Windlesham, Bagshot, Chobham, Bisley, West End, Lightwater and surrounding area.
We meet monthly at Camberley Heath Golf Club for a convivial two course lunch followed by a speaker covering a wide range of topics. It is a very sociable gathering, and we have a random seating plan ensuring that there is an opportunity for everyone to meet and talk to old and new friends.
Guests are invited to the annual President’s Lunch in March and to the annual Afternoon Tea, which is usually held in January or February and features a musical entertainment. In August we invite all members and ladies on the waiting list to a coffee morning instead of lunch. Please refer to the WHAT’S ON page for the lunch and speaker schedule.
